This blog is a call to action to nurses who are tired of being bullied by their peers and want to be a part of the solution and be an advocate for change. Come join the discussion and read about current evidence and health promotion strategies that other nurses have used to mitigate the effects of bully behavior by peers. Special considerations will be given to minority nurses who experience a disporpotionate amount of bully behavior by their peers. Rules of engagement 1) open mind, 2) advocate for change, 3) listening with the 3rd ear -the heart, and a positive attitude.
