    How Do I Get Started?

Hello, We're Glad You're Here.

In this day and age where racial profiling, bullying, and other forms of racism and discrimination in the workplace or any other place, the sad fact is that we still encounter and hear about similar cases of unfair treatment, prejudice, stereotyping, and other forms of oppression especially in the medical industry. In the United States, a sizeable portion of the medical industry workforce consists of minority nurses. From their education all the way to their workplace, a lot of these hardworking individuals have been victims of various forms of mistreatment.

If you have been a victim of racial bullying in nursing, or know individuals in your organization who have suffered from similar abuse, know that you have trusted help you can count on – here at Invisible Black Nurse.

Who we are

The Invisible Black Nurse is a service-oriented company dedicated to promoting harmony and racial reconciliation in nursing schools as well as in the workplace. We offer consulting and workshops that aim to improve stress management and health promotion for minority nurses and students throughout the United States and in other countries around the globe.

Established by a registered nurse who has devoted her time conducting research and reviews for minority nurses who are experiencing bullying and role conflict, The Invisible Black Nurse aims to promote healing in the medical workplace, in medical schools, as well as in communities where the unfair treatment of minority students, nurses, and other workers are still evident to this day.
